OUR POLICIES

Shipping Policy

We ship to all 50 states in the United States. For local deliveries we only deliver within specific locations in the Detroit/Southfield area and we deliver only on some weekends at a rate.

Local Pickup

For local pickups, your groceries, meals etc can be picked up at our location. At checkout, be sure to select “pickup” at zero cost. From the calendar please select a pickup day. Orders will be ready for pickup between noon-7pm on the selected day.

US Postal Service

All orders are shipped by USPS or UPS at a cost. Shipping cost are calculated at the checkout according to the weight of the package.

Refund Policy

We have a 2 weeks return policy on all products except cooked meals. Meaning you have 14 days from your received date to request a return.

To be eligible for return, products must be in the same condition it was in when first received. Thus, sealed, with tagged…etc. Customer should also have their receipt or be able to show proof your purchase.

Send an email to [email protected] with pictures and reason to return. After, a returned label will be emailed back to you if the returned is accepted. Products returned back to us without first emailing us will not be refunded.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Products

Certain products like perishable goods (cooked foods,sauces..etc) cannot be returned. If orders arrive damaged or perished, please email pictures immediately upon arrival to [email protected].

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
